Monse Bacilio is a dedicated Senior Accountant at Connect Accounting, where she has built her career since 2014. A graduate of Pioneer Valley High School, Monse began her journey at Connect in data entry, unsure where her path would lead. However, her keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills propelled her forward. Over the years, she advanced to Staff Accountant and then to her current Senior role, where she excels in managing preparation of financial statements with a concentration in retail, nonprofit organizations, and high net-worth individuals.
Monse loves the collaborative environment at Connect Accounting and the strong sense of community she shares with her colleagues. She enjoys the precision and challenges that accounting demands.
Outside of work, Monse enjoys spending quality time with her family in Santa Maria, diving into thrilling novels, relaxing with mellow music, and watching a wide array of movies.
