Susan Cosper is a seasoned Senior Accountant at Connect Accounting, where she has been a valuable team member since 2021. After retiring from a successful career as a CPA with another local firm, Susan couldn’t resist the draw of the dynamic work environment she loves. Susan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, managing a wide range of responsibilities with the precision and insight gained over her extensive career specializing in high net-worth individuals, professional services, real estate, and trusts.
Describing this role as her "post-retirement job," Susan joined the team at Connect to stay productive and connected with colleagues she enjoys working with.
Her life has been rooted between Bakersfield and the Central Coast, where she attended Cal Poly to study Home Economics and Physical Science before discovering her passion for accounting. She later pursued advanced accounting degrees in Bakersfield and since has lived in Pismo Beach and Nipomo.
Outside of the office, Susan is a dog owner, avid quilter, and an enthusiastic world traveler, with a special passion for Italian Renaissance art.
